"Our stay at Bank Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We stayed for three days to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and professional service at the reception, and that same high standard was maintained throughout our entire stay – every member of staff we encountered was truly top class. We have previously enjoyed brunch at the hotel, and the breakfast lived up to the same high standard – beautifully presented, generous, and of excellent quality throughout. A special mention goes to the rooftop bar Le Hibou, which delivered both outstanding drinks and world-class service, in a wonderful atmosphere that really added something extra to our stay. The room was fresh, modern, and very well equipped – everything you could wish for in a comfortable hotel experience. The location is also hard to beat, with close proximity to everything Stockholm has to offer, making the hotel a perfect base for a weekend in the city. We are extremely satisfied with our entire stay and will without a doubt choose Bank Hotel again the next time we visit Stockholm."

"Greatly enjoyed our weekend stay here in one of the elegance exceptional rooms. Our room was beautifully laid out with a lovely separate sitting area, comfortable bedroom and a large beautiful bathroom with bath and separate shower. It had all amenities you could possibly need. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the many sites in Stockholm and although very central it’s really quiet too. The hotel is decorated beautifully with plenty bars and restaurant options. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming which found to be true throughout Stockholm, a really great city with great people."
