"Buyer beware. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is a beautifully decorated hotel and tou think you will ah e an amazing stay. Until its time to go to sleep and the restaurant on the ground floor decides to run a disco until 2am. They also have a door leading to the bathrooms in the foyer so you get to hear that door slam until 2AM. If you ask to speak to a manager at either the hotel or the restaurant they don’t exist and you will be told they are home “resting”. You will have to resort to calling the cops at midnight so you can try to get some sleep because the restaurant is violating the noise ordinance which says the music has to stop at 11pm. Nothing will happen and you will be forced to listen to loud base music and slamming fires until 2am."

"The location of Art House is perfect. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and terrace was nice (wish we had know.n large construction project happening on multi story building with lots of noise with our view of steel making it hard to enjoy the terrace we paid for) The room itself was acceptable except for the air flow. We are accustomed to European hotels primarily not having air conditioning but a flow of air from the vents. The patio door was closed and locked and still nothing. Management came to the room and said sorry we can’t fix it, no other rooms available, no fans to offer. This was a Saturday night of holiday weekend. Temps in the high 85 degrees. They said it would be looked at on Tuesday. Nothing happened on Tuesday and I visited with management again and they found a portable fan for Wednesday night. Thursday morning at checkout they advised it was a disaster. The vent had been closed in their side. They offered 2 small bottles of Prosecco as compensation. I asked for either monetary return or additional Marriott points."

"I have stayed at this hotel for business last November. The hotel is very well located. The rooms are huge and with nice touches. The setup of the hotel is somehow peculiar, with rooms next to the reception and lounge. The breakfast is nice but the bar closes very early in the evening. There were constructions nearby and so noise could be improved, hence my rating."

"Art House Hotel didn’t look like the pictures from the outside so I was a little worried. But inside, the lobby was cool, modern and stylish. All staff were fun and friendly. Our room seemed to be upgraded as it was bigger than I expected. The bed was really comfortable! Huge windows looking out onto a small but busy pedestrian street. We had no problem with noise. Bathroom was neat and efficient and I really liked the Asia-inspired screens. Breakfast was good. Nice moody atmosphere and good coffee. Coffee and tea in the room is always welcome!! Overall a great stay!"
