"While it may seem disingenuous to rate a hotel with all 5's, a perfect score, but this hotel property is really just PERFECT!! We enjoyed our room's view facing Mount Jungfrau, where we watched the parasailers descend into the park throughout the day. But, in addition to that, everything else was just perfect. We were welcomed upon our arrival by a very warm, friendly and professional staff, including Julia Struempler who made it clear to us to call on her if anything was needed. But, we never needed anything! We enjoyed a very large and immaculately kept suite with water being replenished twice each day, which was always appreciated. Christine in the Spa along with the rest of the Spa staff, was fantastic and our spa treatments were just what we needed after a long day of travel. Honestly, we have nothing but positive reviews for this property and its staff, even including the chef who presided over the breakfast buffet and took the time to explain some of the items (and there were so many items to choose from) that were available. The pictures do not lie; this property is as beautiful in person as it is online and we will look forward to staying here again."

"If you ever visit Interlaken, you will see a beautiful hotel right in the center of town. It is a truly lovely sight. We stayed three nights with connecting rooms and everything was spectacular! From the service to the breakfast buffet and the spa, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and their service is the best. We also ate at both of the restaurants and loved the food. Thank you for a great stay!"

"we stayed for 2 nights - my wife and i as part of her birthday celebrations. from the moment we arrived at checkin until we left the quality of service was first class. special mention: YiYi at checkin was simply wonderful - explained the history of the hotel - showed us to our room and how everything worked. best meet and greet ever. we dined on our first nigth at Sapori - really lovely ambience and food. spencial mention for the manager Stefan and our waitress sara who went to such lengths to make our visit so memorable - including the cake for my wife's birthday. We also had a cake in the room - which we had to donate to staff as afternoon tea on our second day filled us up so much we could not eat until breakfast! highly recommend. we will be back"
