"Our stay at BEAUSiTE Zermatt was absolutely wonderful — one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. I booked a Matterhorn Grand Junior Suite and was fortunate enough to be allocated a corner suite, which offered the most magnificent views of the Matterhorn. While the mountain was occasionally hidden by clouds, whenever it appeared it was simply breathtaking and made the stay even more special. The room itself was beautiful — spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and with every detail thoughtfully considered. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were collected from the train station in the hotel’s charming electric car, and the welcome and check-in process were warm and seamless. The hotel is also perfectly positioned in Zermatt — central to everything, making it easy to explore the village, restaurants, and surrounding attractions, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The pool and spa area overlooking the Matterhorn are truly spectacular and provide such a memorable experience. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the incredible surroundings. Breakfast was another highlight and was probably the best breakfast we had during our recent trip through Switzerland and Italy. The selection was excellent, with freshly prepared dishes and a level of quality that really stood out. There is honestly nothing to fault about this hotel. From the stunning location and views to the beautiful rooms, exceptional facilities, wonderful service, and attention to detail, BEAUSiTE Zermatt was a true highlight of our trip. We would highly recommend it and would love to return."

"My wife and I stayed at BEAUSiTE as part of our honeymoon, and it became one of the most special parts of our trip. From the moment we arrived in Zermatt until the moment we left, the team took such wonderful care of us. Someone from the hotel was waiting to pick us up at the train station, which was such a warm and comforting start. We also arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, but the team kindly checked us in without us even having to ask — something we truly appreciated. The sweet honeymoon note and desserts in our room made the stay feel even more personal and memorable. On our final day, the team also graciously allowed us a late checkout so we could visit Matterhorn Glacier Paradise without stress. A special thank you to the reception team and concierge desk for being so polite, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed.
