From the moment I arrived, the service surpassed all expectations—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. I’d like to give a heartfelt shout out to Cream, Genji, and Ounce, whose hospitality made my visit truly unforgettable. They anticipated my needs and added personal touches that made a world of difference, and gifted me with small Thai local delicacies upon arrival. My room was cozy yet undeniably luxurious, with every amenity carefully considered. Breakfast each day was a delight, and it lasted until 5pm, a feast of fresh selections, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The sunset drinks were another highlight, perfectly paired with stunning city views and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooftop infinity pool deserves special mention. "The hotel itself is beautiful, calm and luxurious, but what really stood out was how personally we were looked after. The butler service was phenomenal, and we want to make special mention of Petch and Ounce, who both took such good care of us throughout our stay. They were warm, professional, attentive and made us feel genuinely looked after. We were treated like royalty. Our suite was simply amazing. The space, the comfort, the dramatic views and especially the huge round bath overlooking Bangkok made it feel really special. That bath was an absolute winner, and the whole suite had a real “wow” factor. The pools and jacuzzis were also a highlight, especially after long, hot Bangkok days. They were refreshing, relaxing and beautifully maintained. The dining options at the hotel were great too, and we enjoyed having different choices available without needing to leave the property every time. We also really appreciated being able to use the guest centre for our final clothes fitting. It was a thoughtful and practical touch that made the whole experience easier and more comfortable. Overall, 137 Pillars delivered a truly memorable luxury stay. Beautiful suite, fantastic facilities, excellent dining options and outstanding service from a team that made us feel completely spoiled.
