The service is exceptional. The hotel staff takes care of everything to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. Everything feels calm, thoughtful, and perfectly arranged. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious and peaceful accommodation—especially during the hotter times of the day when exploring the city can be exhausting. "The room I stayed in was amazing — I had a residential suite with access to the 24-hour infinity pool, which was a real highlight. I’d highly recommend the Wagyu steak for dinner — it was superb. Having access to the 24-hour gym was also very convenient whilst travelling. I was looked after extremely well by Genji and Ben2 throughout my stay. They were both incredibly helpful and offered great recommendations. Breakfast was exceptional, with great coffee, unlimited options, and panoramic views. Housekeeping was also outstanding — they even ran a lovely hot bubble bath for me in the evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Bangkok."

"Stayed here for 4 nights during a 2 week stay in Thailand. Location is good but busy at peak times. Taxis are cheap in Thailand so make getting around really convenient and affordable in the heat. The Rooms are a good size and conveniently have washing and drying facilities which is great with the 36 degree heat. Drinking water was replenished in the room daily free of charge. The staff are super friendly and polite throughout the hotel although the staff could be slow at times to take the drinks order in the Trading Post Restaurant at which wasn’t ideal in the heat. The evening menu in the Trading Post Restaurant was varied and tasty. Breakfast was varied and of a good standard. The pool area could be quite busy and there are not many sun beds so would they would quickly be taken, that said the pool is nice and a good place to chill for a few hours to cool off. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend the hotel."

"I was impressed with my stay. The bellboy and reception staff were very warm and welcoming both upon arrival and departure. The club house staff provided excellent service during breakfast, and I had the opportunity to dine at the Nimit Thai restaurant. The chef was very polite and courteous in introducing the dishes. The service staff were exceptionally professional, and the atmosphere in Nimit restaurant was beautifully and romantically decorated. The room was clean, fragrant, and relaxing. The bed was soft, and the pillows were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very polite and courteous."
