"Everything at 137 pillars and suites was perfect. I came for a solo birthday trip in one of your suites, and it was one of the best experiences I've had. The staff, the room, and the attention to detail was second to none! I also dined at their rooftop restaurant during sunset, and the food was amazing and filling. "They have the worst trained staff. My husband had a major back surgery in which he left his room and the door got locked behind him. He was in his sleeping boxers. He asks the Security politely to help him get a key. Security forced my husband and shouted at a multiple times to come down to Reception. My husband was wearing boxers. And no shoes even with this Security kept on shouting and refused to help my husband went back to the room and fell asleep by the door. The issue with this was that the management did not intend to update the previous guests name on the system so when my husband gave the name, the name on the system was different management refused to take the blame and kept blaming my husband that he was found sleeping by the room door, how embarrassing of a five star hotel to treat a person after surgery and allow him to sleep in the corridor because they are not willing to take the blame that they did not change the name in the system for the previous guest. My husband is a diplomat , Found asleep in front of his door in boxers what if someone saw all of this and took pictures even along with this issue hotel management refused to take the blame making it look like my husband fell asleep by the door and it’s his own fault. Shame on such management."
