"This was my first stay at Le Méridien Bangkok. Usually, I stay at higher-end luxury hotels, but this time I wanted to try something different within the Marriott portfolio. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Initially, I wasn’t completely satisfied with my first room. I shared my feedback with the front desk in a constructive way, and I was genuinely impressed by how professionally it was handled. The very next day, the team arranged a different room for me and even provided a complimentary upgrade. This level of customer care made a very positive impression. The highlight of our stay was meeting Assistant Manager Thanawan T. In my opinion, he is an exceptional hotel manager. He doesn’t simply remain behind the reception desk—he actively engages with guests throughout the hotel, especially in the Club Lounge, where he personally asks for feedback, checks whether guests are enjoying their stay, and constantly looks for opportunities to improve the overall experience. His warmth, professionalism, genuine interest, and passion for hospitality are truly remarkable. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such authentic guest service in any hotel. You can clearly tell that he genuinely cares about both his guests and his team. If I were running a hotel myself, I would be proud to have a manager like Thanawan T. leading it. Although the hotel is not the newest property in Bangkok, it is very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and offers consistently friendly and attentive service throughout the entire team. Originally, we had planned to move to my favorite hotel (The Athenee) after our stay. However, because we felt so comfortable at Le Méridien Bangkok and were so impressed by the outstanding service, we decided to extend our stay by an additional three nights instead. That decision alone says everything about how much we enjoyed being here. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. A very special thank you goes to Assistant Manager Thanawan T. for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring every guest has the best possible experience. Without hesitation, I give Le Méridien Bangkok 5 out of 5 stars. I will gladly return on my next visit to Bangkok and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and genuine hospitality."

"Stayed four nights at the Meridien on my recent trip to Bangkok. It was my second stay at the hotel, the first being several years back. Spent more time this trip enjoying the hotel facilities and also the lounge, which I had access to as a platinum member. The service I received throughout, especially at breakfast and in the lounge, was exceptional. Despite being busy, Julia and Min never failed to greet and chat with me at breakfast. Martin, Jommy, and Pio were also so gracious during my many visits to the lounge. Took time to ask about how I spent my day and keen to hear of interesting discoveries in Bangkok. As a solo traveller, it is always nice to be able to have great conversations with local staff. Highly recommended."
