"This hotel definitely earned a negative review from me. The service felt superficial rather than genuinely welcoming. I booked my room using a corporate rate, and although I am a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I did not receive even a one-level room upgrade. I arrived at around 1:00 p.m. after a long and exhausting journey, hoping to check in early and get some rest. The female front desk manager was unfriendly and insisted that I could not check in before 3:00 p.m., even though rooms were clearly available. I politely explained my situation, but there was no flexibility at all. Instead, the manager’s attitude became increasingly confrontational, and I even felt threatened during the conversation. It is extremely disappointing to experience this at an international five-star Marriott property. Being treated this way simply because I asked whether an early check-in was possible is hard to understand. It raises serious questions about the hotel’s management and customer service standards. The breakfast was also quite average and did not meet my expectations for a hotel in this category. Overall, this stay was far below the standard I expect from a Marriott-branded hotel, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"They say that excellence is in the attention to detail. From the beautiful leather breakfast menu books to their lovely matching logo towels this hotel is a first class experience. Being a seasoned traveler staying with Marriott over 100 nights a year I have to give this hotel the highest rating mostly because of the people the excellent service they genuinely give. Honorable mention to managers Kelvin and Kae. Our breakfast girl Pappy. Always a lovely smile first thing in the morning along with manger Supawadee. See you all again soon"
