"We stayed here for one night and it was the perfect antidote to a day of travelling. We ere made to feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning. Doris, Art and the team made it their priority that we were well looked after, including preparing a special vegetarian breakfast for us. Our room was excellent and we also made use of the pool on the floor above us. We had a late flight the next day and as well as being able to leave our luggage in the hotel after checking out, we were also able to shower and freshen up after a day sightseeing in Bangkok. I would really recommend Madi Paidi and wish I could name all the staff as everyone was so helpful."

"Wonderful customer service with great touches with how you are greeted, the amazing breakfast spread, the comfortable rooms with welcome gifts, and the happy hour options. The only trouble is some ride services had trouble finding the hotel, but that may be because it is relatively new."

"We chose this hotel primarily because of the location, close to public transport and because the hotel was small. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and offered us a welcome drink upon arrival while we completed some paperwork. We were shown to our room and our bags were brought up by the porter. The room itself was thoughtfully furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was Chinese New Year and a member of staff came to our room with a bag of oranges which we thought was a wonderful touch. Breakfast was a mix of Asian and European cuisine and there was a plentiful buffet. We also had dinner at the hotel and we were not disappointed. The cocktails and food were very good. During our stay the hotel manager introduced herself to us and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a nice pool, sun lounge area and a gym on the roof of the building. Also, toilets and towel service. Our departure was smooth and staff explained our bill and made sure everything was correct before we let. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again."
