"The hotel has amazing amenities like the heated outdoor negative edge pool on 25th floor that is accompanied by a full health center and day spa. However, the best part of my stay was the customer service. Traveling half way around the world to get to a hotel at midnight can sometimes be very stressful. The frond desk team made us feel very welcome and comfortable upon our arrival. The evening bar staff were a delight and made us feel like were were having a drink with friends. The morning crew that run the best breakfast buffet I have ever had are also top notch. Niek does a great job recruiting and training the team! Finally the rooms were very clean and well equipped with large showers with great water pressure and multiple shower heads. I highly recommend The Okura Prestige for your and my next trip to Bangkok, you will thank me. Cheers"

"Yet another incredible stay at this very special place. As frequent travellers, we are blessed to visit many special places, I can honestly say that this is the best! This is more than a hotel just for rest, these guys embrace your stay with a loving passion to ensure perfection is achieved at every opportunity. The staff may I add are simply delightful. We book the executive rooms as this gives us an access to the complimentary lounge on one of the upper floors, this allows you to relax with a drink and nibbles prior to an evening out. It’s a very relaxing space offering incredible views of the city - the nibbles are amazing!! The sleep quality of this hotel would be hard to replicate by anyone, spacious rooms and a huge bed that is both welcoming and comfy. With a walk in shower, lots of room to get ready and a lovely walk in closet- all is on hand. We often use the laundry service which is very responsive to time. Breakfast is immense and caters for every dietary option you could imagine. What’s more special about this is the amazing quality of the food. Every ship must have a captain- and this place has the best. Niek Hammer is a guy that we admire very much, always makes time to chat, always very pleasant but also very kind in the way he treats the staff. "Lovely room, great location. Check in was fast and easy, staff was super kind and efficient. Plenty of drinking water in the room at all times, comfortable bed. Bathroom was tight for 2 people, but it is great that the toilet was completely separate room. nice walk in closet so we could properly unpack."
