The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and every detail feels thoughtful and luxurious—but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service, especially from our amazing 24/7 butler, Por. Por went above and beyond for us every single day. One of the most special touches was the handwritten notes he left in our room each night, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find service that feels both this polished and genuinely kind. The hotel also has so many fun touches that made the stay memorable. We loved the nightly champagne sabering ceremony, which was such a unique and celebratory tradition. The breakfast each morning was incredible—beautifully presented with so many delicious options—and the room service was equally amazing, easily some of the best we’ve had at any hotel. "A very Luxurious hotel. Amenities are top notch. But the Star and The Best in this hotel are the People who works here. Never did I experience a real Thai Hospitality . A true Genuine Thai Smile.
