Facing the Royal Bangkok Sports Club's sweep of green — one of the most coveted urban views in Southeast Asia — the St. Regis Bangkok rises as a 42-storey tower designed by the local firm P49 Deesign & Associates and completed in 2011. The entrance sequence, visible in the images, sets the property's register immediately: a glass porte-cochère framed by cascading crystal rain curtains, polished dark granite underfoot in a geometric inlay pattern, and a compressed vestibule that opens into a double-height lobby suffused with warm amber light. It is architecture as ceremony, calibrated to the brand's New York Beaux-Arts heritage while trading marble columns for reflective surfaces and controlled drama. Inside, HBA — Hirsch Bedner Associates — handled interiors across the hotel's 227 rooms and suites, threading Thai motifs through a palette of champagne, taupe, and deep chocolate rather than applying them as surface decoration. Suites feature floor-to-ceiling glazing that frames the racecourse and city skyline beyond, with grid-quilted leather headboards trimmed in LED cove lighting and dark-stained timber floors anchoring each room. The pool terrace, set at mid-tower level, deploys carved white stone columns — a restrained classical gesture — alongside a teak deck and an infinity edge directed toward the Sports Club's canopy of trees. The dining spaces, refreshed more recently, favour sculptural woven-brass pendant luminaires, travertine table surfaces, and curved emerald velvet banquettes that feel closer to contemporary Milan than to the Sukhumvit corridor below.

"Our stay at the St. Regis Bangkok was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and every detail feels thoughtful and luxurious—but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service, especially from our amazing 24/7 butler, Por. Por went above and beyond for us every single day. One of the most special touches was the handwritten notes he left in our room each night, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find service that feels both this polished and genuinely kind. The hotel also has so many fun touches that made the stay memorable. We loved the nightly champagne sabering ceremony, which was such a unique and celebratory tradition. The breakfast each morning was incredible—beautifully presented with so many delicious options—and the room service was equally amazing, easily some of the best we’ve had at any hotel. Between the beautiful rooms, fantastic food, and truly exceptional service, the St. Regis Bangkok delivered a perfect stay. Por in particular made it extra special, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention he showed us throughout our visit. We can’t wait to come back. ✨"

"A very Luxurious hotel. Amenities are top notch. But the Star and The Best in this hotel are the People who works here. Never did I experience a real Thai Hospitality . A true Genuine Thai Smile. Wish i could remember the Lady at the Concierge who welcomed me .Thats the start. The Lobby/Check in is located on the 12th floor. First Impression comes at the Hotel Reception. Violette make a very remarkable impression. Her communication skills explaining my perks is beyond. Paris, Nargis and Sani. Thank you soo much. All from the Hotel Reception made my stay great. Wish i could had stayed here longer than 2 days. They made a very very good impression of the hotel they all work in. Viu is the Restaurant next to the Hotel Recption . Decha, Nunmin and Wee. Visitors who are not familiar with Thai Cuisine. You just made me ate food that i cant find back in San Francisco. Again your communication and thai hospitality are beyond too. Decha and Nunmin hope to you next year as I'm coming back at this restaurant for sure The Lounge is located at the hotel lobby. Mook, Ice, Tang and my New good Friend MK. Explaning all the drinks and suggesting different Ice tea was fun. Our small talk was something I'll never forget. I just met you all but deep inside me . As if i known all of you for long time.
