"This is by far one the most memorable experience I had staying at the hotel. I would like to particularly highlight the amazing service and attention to detail of the restaurant, the Kitchen Table staff particularly Khun Fight. I asked to be served the drinks and food exactly the same as the previous evening. He remembered exactly what i ordered before without having me to repeat to him! And also kudos to the entire restaurant crew who served me including khun Sea, khun Gluey, khun Cherry, khun Jet, khun Pete and khun PearWa. Their service are just impeccable and I truly feel they should be looked into promotion or a big bonus for them. Thank you to all for making my experience so heartwarming and special!"

"Located on within the grounds of a Thai National Heritage Home on Sathorn Road - the House of Sathorn (built in 1888) - the W Hotel which opened in 2012 stands beside it as a stark contrast and reminder to how well Bangkok has blended traditional, cultural and modern style. The rooms are modern in design and in line with the W concept offering floor to ceiling windows with views overlooking the city. Room are generous in size, with full amenities. There is a restaurant and bar in the main hotel but do head to Paii which is located at the heritage house for lunch or dinner for an exquisite Thai meal in a historical setting. The aware wining Bar Sathorn also located within the historical building is perfect for your nightcap. If you want to avoid the DJ and crowd from the bar, take a seat facing the courtyard for your drink. Service is warm and friendly in this 400 over room hotel."
