"Enjoyed our stay, which was comfortable and convenient. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are delightful. Enjoyed the food in the main coffee shop restaurant too which has a very nice breakfast, and lunch too. Traditional food options available, and some healthy clean food options too. My company booked the room and therefore was not able to have my Bonvoy membership recognised for the hotel room, however on F&B consumption they do give 10% off the spend for Bonvoy members. Many nice restaurants within a short walk. Only quirk with our stay is that waiting for the elevators takes a very long time (only four elevators serving the whole building, and the staff also use this elevator)."

"We had a wonderful stay at W Bangkok. Even though it was only for one night, everything made us want to come back for a longer stay next time. A special thank you to Pure, who took great care of us during our visit. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and her warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We stayed in the Studio Suite, and the birthday decorations prepared in the room were absolutely beautiful. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration feel very special. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of delicious food, and we especially enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar — they were creative and very tasty. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to staying for several nights on our next trip to Bangkok."

The warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff make all the difference. I must especially highlight the outstanding leadership of General Manager Alexander. He is incredibly hands-on and highly visible throughout the hotel. Every time I walked around the property, I would see him. Each morning, he was present in the Social Room during breakfast, personally ensuring everything was up to the highest standard. He always took the time to chat with guests and make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. It was a wonderful coincidence that we visited during Songkran festival. When we returned to the hotel on the morning of the water festivities, Alexander was there at the entrance making sure everything was perfectly prepared. He stopped to chat with us and reminded us to enjoy the celebrations. I travel frequently for both business and leisure, but there’s truly nowhere quite like W Bangkok.
