The resort itself is breathtaking, and the view from our room was so picturesque it felt like looking at a postcard every single day. What truly sets Sala apart, however, is the incomparable level of service and hospitality. I have never met a General Manager quite like Erwin. Every single morning, he made it a point to be visible, making himself known to his guests and taking the time to have a genuine, warm chat. That level of personal touch and leadership from the top is incredibly rare and sets the tone for the entire resort. And the staff mirrors that excellence completely. Everyone from the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping was incredibly attentive, pleasant, and warm. There are honestly too many wonderful people to name individually, but their collective hospitality made us feel so special. A massive, heartfelt thank you to the team for assisting me with the preparation of a beautiful surprise engagement proposal. They executed it flawlessly, creating a moment we will both cherish forever. This has been the most memorable holiday for my fiancée and me. "We decided to spend our holiday at the lovely Sala Chaweng hotel, after our beautiful wedding from last year - organised by them also, and once again, we did not regret our choice! The wonderful staff made sure we enjoy our stay for the fullest, the surroundings are mesmerizing, the food is delicious, and as a new experience we tried the muay thai training with a real pro and the afterwards ice bath I highly recommend. And the spa? Wow, different level of excellent! Our favorite part is the stay at the beachside, everyone of the staff is happy to have you around, making sure you have a relaxing day and do everything for your comfort! Mr. Erwin, the manager is greeting you everyday with a wide smile and makes sure you are not lacking anything.
