"Having not stayed at the hotel for a couple of years, it is a pleasure to report that the excellent standard of service has continued and if anything has become even better. The staff were incredible in all aspects. Attentive to all our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and always a smiling face. From the breakfast staff (Uum and her team), to the beach boys, the spa girls (Lena and others), the evening restaurant staff etc, all carried out their duties o the highest level. The Villa we stayed in was impecable and allowed excellent privacy. Frequent visits from the staff ensured that the room was permently ready for use with the water, towels etc always being renewed. We have no complaints, only complimemnts. Well done to Timo, Jocelyn and the rest of the staff for ensuring our stay was as memroable as always. Hopefully we will be back before another two years."

"Stayed for 5 nights in a garden pool villa. Received a very warm welcome on arrival. Villa was lovely with all the amenities you could want. The pool was great with a lovely terrace and very comfortable sun loungers. Bed was large and super comfy. Plenty of drinking water was supplied daily. Housekeeping was great and they also provided turn down service daily. Breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from, everything you could want from a buffet and also a lovely à la carte menu with so much choice. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located on a lovely sandy beach. The app is also very useful and easy to use with helpful reminders for happy hour etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Sala Samui Choengmon and would stay again."

"We stayed at the Sala Hotel Choengmon for 10 days in February as a family of three—my partner, our 6-month-old son, and myself—and it was nothing short of PERFECT! The service was truly exceptional, easily the best we’ve ever experienced. A special shout-out to James on the beach, who became our baby Robin’s best friend, Sod was also a wonderful help too! Also to shout-out to Smile and Oom at the restaurant, who would happily take care of Robin while we enjoyed our meals. You guys absolutely rock! There’s so much more to love… The food was consistently delicious, with a menu that offers something for every taste. Even when we ventured out, we always looked forward to returning to the hotel for a meal—it was that good. The rooms and facilities were stunning. It was such a pleasure to relax in our room without feeling ‘cooped up.’ We had a room with a private pool, which was perfect for hanging out while the baby napped. Room service was amazing, and the app made ordering meals or amenities quick and effortless. We’re sure we’re forgetting some highlights, but overall, this hotel is out of this world—completely faultless. We can’t recommend it enough!"

"We had such a fabulous time at SALA Samui Choengmon Beach. We stayed in a Pool Villa and it was honestly perfect — super private and ideal if you’re traveling as a couple. The whole layout of the hotel was fantastic; the way the pool area flows right onto the beach with the sun loungers set up on the sand made it so easy to just spend the whole day relaxing. The food was another massive highlight for us. Breakfast was awesome every morning, and the rest of the menu for lunch and dinner was just as good. Every meal we had was delicious. Beyond the place itself, the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We were genuinely sad to have to leave and already miss the vibe there. We were looking for a place in Koh Samui less hectic than Chaweng but still within short travel distance from the airport, and this was definitely it!"
