"July 27–29, 2026 | My Second Stay at Trisara Phuket Everything about this stay was just as wonderful as I remembered. The resort remains incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally private—something that's becoming increasingly difficult to find among luxury resorts in Thailand. The architecture and overall design are elegant and distinctive, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to the team for making this year's birthday even more memorable. I was delighted to find a birthday cake waiting in my villa upon arrival, which immediately brought a smile to my face. The welcome from the staff was warm and genuine. Special thanks to PJ for the friendly hospitality and for taking the time to introduce all the facilities and amenities in the villa so thoroughly. The Pool Villa was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to improve the pillows slightly, as I woke up with neck pain on both mornings. As for dining, breakfast was good. Although the selection wasn't extensive, it met the standards expected of a luxury resort. I particularly enjoyed the fresh salad station, where the vegetables looked exceptionally fresh and well presented. However, I did feel that the overall food quality, seasoning, and flavors had declined slightly compared to my visit two years ago. I also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the resort's restaurant. The food was very good, but what truly stood out was the breathtaking ocean view from the restaurant. Special thanks to BOY for the warm welcome and attentive service. His sincerity and genuine hospitality made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The fitness center deserves special recognition. It features modern, well-maintained equipment and is one of the best hotel gyms I have experienced. If you enjoy working out while traveling, this gym is definitely not to be missed. If given the opportunity, I would return to Trisara again without hesitation. "This was a truly wonderful experience that confirmed we made the right choice. After browsing on Trip.com for a long time, we finally picked this resort. The resort has a very professional team that responds quickly to any needs. We were really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The hotel Director and Meling who welcomed us have excellent multilingual communication skills. Prae from the night shift was also very professional and thoughtful in arranging everything we needed. The room was extremely comfortable, with an amazing sea view and a private pool — perfect for those who want a quiet, undisturbed relaxation. We also booked an aromatherapy spa session and ended up falling asleep comfortably during it. The facilities in the resort are very comprehensive. The restaurants are well laid out with beautiful views. The private beach is particularly attractive and offers great privacy. The resort also provides very professional car and private transfer services. Special mention goes to Mr. Chet, who gave us an excellent experience, as well as Mr. Anan. On our last night, we booked a dining experience at PRU, and the team there delivered an unforgettable meal. Finally, a big thank you to the entire Trisara team for their professional and meticulous service."

"I have been to Trisara a number of times. My first visit was years ago when the resort had just opened. I am very happy to say that all these years later the resort is still wonderful. In Thailand most 5 star hotels tend to have amazing guest services and generally super kind, but Trisara is on another level. Even the gardeners are kind!!! From the front office ,namely Khun (Ms.) Are , to the restaurant front manger Khun Tak they are just unbelievably attentive, kind and caring. It’s another level of hotel hospitality. Of course being this time i was visiting in the middle of the summer and the rainy season the hotel was having the annual maintenance, so the there was make shift Gym and Spa but the staff made it still so convenient and pleasant. I can not recommend Trisara strongly enough. It was special when i visited it for the first time decades ago and still as special. Thank you"

"I can’t speak highly enough of Trisara. Everyone was very kind and every request was happily met. Entire property and our villa were exquisite. Room service was the best and high praise to the restaurant staff at Thai library and Cielo & Spice."

"Very disappointing experience and not at all what we expected from a resort positioned at this price level. The biggest issue was the significant gap between expectation and reality. Trisara's marketing, photography and reputation suggest one of Phuket's leading luxury resorts. In reality, we found the property to be noticeably dated, with various maintenance and presentation issues that felt inconsistent with the rates being charged. We were also informed upon arrival that parts of the wellness facilities were under renovation. While treatments remained available, this was not communicated prior to our stay and would absolutely have influenced our booking decision. What frustrated us most was that, after raising our concerns directly with management and requesting to shorten our stay, no meaningful solution or flexibility was offered despite the resort operating at very low occupancy during our visit. To be fair, the staff were courteous and professional throughout, and we enjoyed our meal at Jampa. However, these positives did not outweigh the overall disappointment. At this price point, there are significantly stronger luxury options in Phuket. We would not return and cannot recommend Trisara."
