"TERRIBLE !!! Terrible experience at this property. The air conditioning in my room has been broken for days, and despite repeated complaints, no one made a real effort to fix the issue or offer a proper solution. Staff response was slow and indifferent — no urgency, no accountability, no genuine attempt to satisfy the guest. For a hotel under the Marriott brand, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Sleeping without working AC in the middle of summer should never happen at a property of this category, let alone go unresolved. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here. Expect broken promises and a management team that doesn’t care about guest experience."

"Absolutely terrible experience. The air conditioning did not work in the middle of summer, with temperatures reaching 40°C outside. It was impossible to sleep comfortably. The service was unacceptable. Despite the issue, they refused to move us to another room. Considering the price of this hotel, not being able to sleep is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, no compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered. The service throughout the hotel—from housekeeping to the restaurant and the front desk—was consistently poor and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Very disappointing experience. We booked a boat excursion directly through the hotel because we believed it would guarantee a reliable and professional service. Our reservation was confirmed, but only one hour before the scheduled departure, we were informed that the trip had been cancelled due to an alleged electrical problem with the boat. What was even more disappointing was that we then saw the exact same boat leave with another group. This made it very difficult to believe the explanation we had been given. Instead, we were offered another excursion departing from a different marina much farther away, which was inconvenient and completely different from what we had originally booked. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable, especially from a hotel. A confirmed reservation should be honored. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend booking excursions through the hotel."
