"Park Hyatt Istanbul was a great experience for me. The hotel is located in a building that was converted into a hotel, and I love the heritage that is visible throughout the hotel. The room was amazing, with own Turkish bath inside the bathroom. The whole room was spacious. My only disappointment was that I booked this stay through the Hyatt Privé program, where I received $100 property credit. I wanted to use this credit in Cipriani (one of the hotel restaurants). However, the staff advised me that I cannot use my credit in that venue. On the hotel website and everywhere, Cipriani restaurant is advertised as one of the restaurants WITHIN the hotel, so I assumed it was possible to use the credit there, but unfortunately not. It was never mentioned that this credit cannot be used there. I would have appreciated more transparency on this. Overall, it was a good stay."
