"We had the most amazing time to Rock House. From the moment we arrived, the entire front desk staff was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. Besides feeling spoiled from the start, our children felt the warmth of everyone we interacted with. Francesca, in particular, went so above and beyond to make sure every moment of our stay was perfect. She ran all over the property to help us with a late check out request, packed our kids with a goodbye care package including freshly baked cookies, and checked in on us daily to make sure we were having the best time possible. Our waiter on the beach was also more than exceptional. He made my daughter feel extra special when she was in a five-year old mood. We can’t wait to return with and without our kids year after year!"

"My husband Oliver and I travel to Turks & Caicos 2x per year and each and every time we stay at the Rock House as it has now become our home away from home. We do so for a number of reasons: The location and views are breathtaking, the accommodations are so beautiful, comfortable and luxurious and the staff are utterly exceptional as they make you feel like family each and every time you visit. This time we brought another couple with us on our visit and they had the best time (they will be back!). It was the first time we stayed in the Ocean View Pool Rooms (S103) which we absolutely LOVED! What makes our stay the most special are the people who take such incredible care of us during each stay. Special shout outs to: - Franck, Sree, Woodens (aka "HollyWood), Aris for their excellent leadership across the board - thank you for always welcoming us so warmly and graciously to your beautiful property! - Francesca who was dedicated to tend to each and every need we had during our stay and she really did - Francesca went above and beyond and she is a rock star! - Check-in Crew: Khali warmly welcomed us and Tyree gave big hugs (we are so happy he got promoted from when we visited last!); Joan, Makendy, Orlando and Roynickson also took excellent care of us as we came and went from the resort to our island activities, always with smiles and warm greetings! - Vita Restaurant: Special thanks to Chef Rakesh for always making our dining experience at Vita exceptional. We cannot get enough of his Lemon Lobster Pasta!! Thank you Chef! - Cave Bar Crew: Neissa who's smile made us feel so welcome; Vaughn and Judson for great cocktails, smiles and excellent conversation always. - Pool and Beach Buddies: Hands down Robert and Judson are absolute Rock Stars (and probably trek about 21,000 steps daily catering to guests) We just love giving them big hugs every time and their service and smiles are everything! - Breakfast Crew: A big thanks to Junior for wearing the biggest smile at 6:40am when we needed coffee to watch the sun rise each morning - he is the best! Jamar was new to us on this trip but his service was so excellent and he was a pleasure to talk to each and every time. Fabienne always greets with a smile and takes great care of us! - Coco Boutique: A big thank you to Tiffany (who also got promoted since we last visited!) who now runs the Coco Boutique and personally helped me select the perfect surprise gifts for our dear friends, my husband (and myself!). She is such a people person and makes the boutique so special! We try to remember everyone's names as each of them are so wonderfully special and unique. If you are looking for a relaxed, luxurious and truly special place to stay while in Turks and Caicos, you will 100% find it in the Rock house."

"Holy sh*t this hotel is my Roman Empire at this point haha. I will never forget how magical my stay here was. I stayed in Reserve Villa V0401 with my girl and it was just truly magical. The views, the cleanliness, the infinity pool, the attentiveness of the staff and holy sh*t the FOOOD. So damn good. Everything about this place is just perfect. I want to give a huge shoutout to my butlers Darren and Khalil too. They were absolutely incredible. From responding in less than 3 minutes every single time to bringing me ice cream after hours they were the best. Even helped me rent a car and have it delivered and picked up from the villa. If you get a villa ask for Khalil and/or Darren to help trust me. I'm sure the others are good but they are incredible so I can't imagine better. The water and private beach is insane here, the gym is exactly what you need and with there only being 46 rooms it's extremely intimate. Just amazing all around fr."
