"When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed with big smiles by the Valet and Security team at the ground floor, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Although our room was not ready yet and we had to wait for a short while, the team ensured we felt well taken care of. The Security Manager, Ujwal, kindly offered us coffee while we waited. As we had just arrived from Dubai, we were a little concerned about staying in such a unique building, but he reassured us with great confidence that everything was safe. His calm and reassuring attitude truly put us at ease. Our luggage was delivered by Kumar, who explained everything clearly and professionally. His warm smile and friendly approach created very positive vibes and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Ruth at the front desk was very kind, professional, and efficient, which made the entire experience seamless. Later, we visited the pool, where all the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We also went for breakfast at Cyan just before closing time, yet the team still welcomed us warmly and waited for us without any hesitation. Although I cannot recall their names, every team member there was truly kind and accommodating. This experience reflects true hospitality from the heart. "We spent two nights with my wife in the Andaz Gate hotel. We had our room on the 31st floor with excellent view. The room is spacious, the bed is more than large, the bathroom is equipped with shower and tub. The breakfast does not leave any wishes open, large variety and nice presentation. The staff is more than helpful. Let me mention Hagar at the reception, who always had a useful suggestion for a restaurant. Maxie and Lourdes added the personal touch during breakfast, so you felt like home. I hope to return sometime in the future."
