The exceptional service continued on the 42nd floor, where the floor manager, Irfaan made us feel genuinely at home by sharing a heartfelt story about his hometown after learning my name is Francis. A special thank you to Pema, and SanSan, whose warmth, attentiveness, and gracious hospitality consistently went above and beyond every expectation. We were equally impressed by Sheilesh Jaiswal, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, whose dedication to excellence was evident in every detail of our beautifully maintained accommodation. He presented me with a thoughtful farewell gift. I totally did not expect that. Breakfast at Rosewater Restaurant was another highlight. Mandip graciously accompanied me as I filmed the magnificent breakfast spread, enthusiastically sharing insights while ensuring I experienced every aspect of the restaurant. His attentiveness culminated in the presentation of a heartfelt card signed by the team—a truly touching gesture. Every member of the Conrad Etihad Towers team demonstrated genuine warmth, impeccable professionalism, and a heartfelt commitment to excellence. This is more than a five-star hotel—it is a benchmark for world-class hospitality, and one we will enthusiastically recommend and eagerly return to."

"Well I’m sorry to say after visiting this hotel maybe 20 times over the last few years I don’t know what it happened but they have takenall of the diamond benefits away. They always made us feel so special they’ve closed the executive lounge. There is no more cocktails or hors d’oeuvres or tea. Something has happened to this hotel. Even the staff do not seem happy there any longer very sad we have had quite a few conferences andbusiness meetings there but I’m sorry to say they have lost our business now we will not be going back most of our team our diamond as we travel a lot and we always like coming to this hotel purely because how we was treated very sad that’s all I can say, but will not stay again"

"I visited this hotel for twice already and I do always enjoyed to staying there becauce they really have a spacious well cleaned room with full of quality amenities and facilities and they have also an amazing breathtaking views in each side of the corners when your room is located on the higher floor that can give you enjoyment relaxation and relieving for something or etc. Staffs are quite helpful and accomodating. especially a big thanks to '' CARLO ''for always gave me a hearty welcoming hospitable , highly accomodating approachable behaviour , intellectual capable understandable and hard working professional receptionist staff. i would visit once again and again unexpectedly ..
