A special mention goes to Joseph, one of the valets at the entrance, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. He warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and was always ready to assist with a smile. He even offered us bottled water whenever we were leaving in our pre-booked transportation, such as Uber, which was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail reflect the outstanding hospitality for which Emirates Palace is renowned. Staff members like Joseph make every visit even more memorable.
