"The hotel is beyond my expectations. Abu Dhabi made me used to luxury and to beautiful venues, but here, besides the place itself, people make the difference. All the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, ready to accommodate our requests and exceed them. We got upgraded to a higher category room with full Marina and pool view, we’ve been offered a fruit basket at night, and we have been extended to late checkout (4 pm!). We also had an amazing experience at the hotel spa, with a deep tissue massage which brought us back to life. A special thank you to my masseuse, Jen. An evening drink at “The library bar”, made by a super kind barman (mr Ronny, thank you!) closed the day in the best way. A solid 8/10 to the breakfast experience too. This hotel is highly recommend.."

"Warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful without exception. Management should be proud. Room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities you would expect from a top class hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. You can literally choose whatever you want from an extensive menu. There didn’t seem to be a limit other than your appetite. The hotel is well situated for all the major sites, an easy drive to the beach and surrounded by restaurants so you aren’t just limited to those in the hotel. Unfortunately we had to call the doctor out, but Iresha couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Abu Dhabi."

"I booked the Abu Dhabi Edition as a surprise weekend getaway for the girlfriends 30th birthday, and we have the most amazing weekend thanks to the attentiveness of all the staff, and the extra mile they went to ensure that we had a very special celebration. Michelle from Customer relations helped organise some cakes and drinks to be brought to our room on our first day which were splendid. The room itself was perfect, lots of space, very comfy bed, luxury robes, and the shower/bath were excellent. We booked in to the oak room for our evening meal and decided to visit the library bar for a drink before our meal. Again, the staff there were lovely, and all wished my girlfriend a happy birthday. More complimentary prosecco and some cocktails before sitting down for our meal. The food was unreal - possibly the best we have ever had. Tomahawk steak was our choice - would certainly recommend. One of the staff - Karenina - wrote a lovely card and drew a cute picture too. We were amazed at how much effort she put into this and were so thankful! Alvaro was our server and he really looked after us the entire time, and made sure everything was perfect! He also organised for a complimentary Creme Brule to be brought to us after our meal too. Again, this was stunning and we really appreciated the lengths they went to make our night special! All of the amenities in the hotel were perfect - pool was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out in the sun, going for a swim, and having complimentary fruit brought to us. We will certainly come back the hotel for another stay in the future! Thank you so much to all the staff at the hotel - you did absolutely everything you could to make this a wonderful experience for us - and it truly was!"

"We had an apartment style room here and it was perfect! Modern clean very big and service on point. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was beautiful, they had a very good menu with healthy good food. We loved that they had a little station waiting for you in the lobby with tea and local typical sweets. Definitely worth the price, we had an amazing time and would come back the next time we are in town. Also if you are a macaroon fan we had a La Duree right under our room!"
