"This hotel is next level. But it's the level of service that blew me away. I cannot tell you how incredible the service is here. Nothing was too much for anyone. I was left gifts and notes in my room. The staff are SO unbelievably polite. Room service, the beach club, the food all of it. Three people really stood out for me, Wilton, Bhahkshar and Gajanan. On top of everyone else, these guys looked after my fiancé and I so well. They are a huge credit to the hotel. I can't thank them enough and I cannot thank the St Regis enough. They all made our stay so amazing creating the best memories for life. Thanks guys!!"

The men who work at the pool, beach and beach restaurant made our trip so special and work so hard to ensure you’re having the best time. It was my birthday when I was there and the staff took the time to have roses and hearts crocheted by the activities coordinator, they even wrote me a card with a gorgeous message on there and made such a fuss. "I’m writing this a few weeks after my stay, but it’s stayed with me, which probably says everything. This was my second time at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, and once again, it delivered in all the ways that matter most. I stayed for eight days in a king suite with an ocean view, with a separate living area. The room was beautifully designed, the view was stunning, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. I also really appreciated the ability to have complete blackout for sleep or a soft nightlight when needed. Small detail, but it makes a difference. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the people. I was traveling for work with my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter and our nanny, and the way the staff made us feel was exceptional. Everywhere we went, breakfast, kids’ club, around the hotel, people greeted my daughter by name. They were warm, patient, and genuinely kind, which made traveling with a young child not just manageable, but enjoyable. The kids’ club was a highlight for her. She loved it, and even received a handwritten note and small gifts when she left, which meant a lot. The butler service was another standout. Ghunny and Taufan took incredible care of us, and Ghunny in particular made a lasting impression. This was my second time having him as a butler, and he is one of the warmest and most thoughtful people I’ve come across in hospitality. From handwritten notes to thoughtful touches for my daughter to making sure everything ran smoothly day to day, he made our stay feel personal in a way that’s hard to replicate. I also had an issue with lost luggage on arrival, and Brandon, the concierge manager, went above and beyond. He kept me updated regularly, helped me navigate what I needed to buy for meetings, and even offered to source a blazer from staff if I couldn’t find one in time. It was thoughtful, practical support at a moment when I really needed it. Dining was consistently strong. Villa Toscana (the Italian restaurant) was a highlight, especially the truffle dishes, and Catch at the beach club had some of the best seafood and sushi I’ve had. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide selection and plenty of healthy options. The team there remembered my name each morning and created a very welcoming start to the day. I also spent quite a bit of time working from the Crystal Lounge, where the team struck a nice balance of being attentive without being intrusive. The spa was another highlight. I had two massages with the same therapist from Thailand, and both were excellent. She tailored each session thoughtfully, and the team was even able to accommodate me slightly later for my second appointment, which I appreciated. Overall, what stands out most is the consistency of care. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are excellent, and the food is strong, but it’s the attention to detail and the way the team makes you feel known and looked after that makes this place memorable. I’ll be back again."
