"We just spent a few days at the Ciel Tower and it was honestly an incredible experience. The building itself is a masterpiece, but it’s the people who make the difference. A huge thanks to Marlen and Laura who were super helpful and professional from day one—they really made us feel at home. Also, a big shout-out to the housekeeping crew; we don't know their names, but they did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless every day. The infinity pool is just out of this world, definitely the highlight of the trip. If you're visiting Dubai Marina, you have to stay here!"

"I recently stayed at Ciel Dubai, currently the tallest hotel in the world, and overall had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The doormen and receptionists were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with anything needed. Their professionalism and friendly approach really made the stay feel special. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from the room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking panorama across Dubai, especially in the evening when the city lights up. Waking up to that view each morning was truly memorable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with sleek, modern interiors throughout. Everything feels very polished and thoughtfully curated, giving the hotel a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The gym was another great feature, offering a fantastic view overlooking Palm Jumeirah which made workouts much more enjoyable. The spa facilities were equally impressive, relaxing, well maintained, and perfect for unwinding. The hotel also had a great atmosphere with good entertainment options on the big tv in the pool area, which added to the overall experience. The only downside was the lifts, which were a bit slow at times, particularly during busier periods. However, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Ciel Dubai for its stunning views, stylish design, excellent facilities, exceptional hospitality, and the unique experience of staying in the world’s tallest hotel."
