"My top favorite hotel in Dubai (or possibly - in the world) so far. Have stayed there a few times and I am always looking forward to coming back. I love the luxury of the rooms, the top notch service, super helpful staff. Everyone looks happy to work in this hotel. The staff always does an amazing job to go the extra mile each and every time to make sure you have the best stay. After staying in this hotel its hard to check in somewhere else. The rooms are so clean, spacious comfy and well decorated. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have tried to far. Indoor swimming pool is great for those who prefer cooler water, while the main pool provides loads of services, music and bar. Ask the barman for a pina colada ! For romantic dinners, suggest the oceanview rooms / suite and order room service to enjoy the stunning sunsets on the sea. If you are in for some Karaoke with great sound quality, check out the Chaika bar after 10 PM. Special thanks for the manager at check in checking us (Anne and Nunzio) in very early in the morning, Jane our buttler, Avinash at the pool bar, the breakfast manager (she can remember your coffee choice from the day before, despite hundreds of guests) and our bellman at checkout ( sorry for not remembering you all's name, but you all did a brilliant job). looking forward to next time !"

The facilities are beautiful, and we were very fortunate to be upgraded to a magnificent suite. A special thank you to the housekeeping team (Jane and Imelda) for taking such great care of our room. Our room was perfectly cleaned every single day, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful turndown service and the preparation of our bed each evening. "✨ Raffles The Palm Dubai, our second stay, and somehow even better than the first ✨ We’ve just come to the end of our second stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai, and I can honestly say that this hotel has once again exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at some beautiful hotels, but what makes Raffles The Palm stand out isn’t simply the stunning surroundings or the incredible facilities, it’s the people. The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional, and there are so many members of the team who deserve recognition. Our Club Room was immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team were absolutely superb, with an incredible attention to detail. Everything was beautifully maintained and the standard of cleaning was genuinely second to none. It’s clear how much work goes on behind the scenes to maintain those standards, and the team deserve huge credit. For families, the Kids Club is fantastic. Our children absolutely loved it, and the fact that there is an actual cinema on site with two films shown every day is such a brilliant addition. It gives children something exciting to look forward to while also giving parents the opportunity to properly relax. The facilities and the team made it a real highlight of our stay. A special mention to the team in kids club, Hernando and the kids club entertainment lead were incredible! The pool team deserve a very special mention. They were exceptional. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, incredibly friendly and genuinely could not do enough for us. What really stood out was that they remembered us from our stay last year. Being recognised and welcomed back by people who remembered our family made us feel incredibly valued. They work SO hard, in the heat, all day long, and yet they remain friendly, professional and attentive. That level of service should absolutely be recognised. A huge thank you to Omar and Corina in Reception, who were simply amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to accommodate every requirement we had. They were warm, professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They are exactly the kind of people who make guests want to return to a hotel. The porters and front-of-house team were also wonderful. Every interaction was met with a smile, genuine warmth and a willingness to help. There was never a feeling that anything was an inconvenience. And a special thank you to Jean in the restaurant. She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond when it came to our food requirements. Everything was handled with such care and without hesitation, which made such a difference to us as a family. We also want to recognise the entire housekeeping and wider hotel team. So much of what makes a stay exceptional happens quietly in the background, and it’s very obvious how hard the Raffles team work. What we loved most about returning this year was that it genuinely felt like coming back somewhere familiar. Being recognised, remembered and welcomed by members of the team made the experience feel personal rather than simply being another hotel stay. Raffles The Palm is beautiful, of course, but beautiful hotels are not difficult to find in Dubai. Exceptional people are. The service, the attention to detail, the warmth and the genuine effort from the team are what set this hotel apart for us.
