"This was our 6th trip to Dubai, and we would 100% return to the Taj Exotica for the pure luxury and incredibly personalized experience. Right on our first day, we had a fantastic meeting with management to check if there was anything they could do to enhance our stay, and they kindly upgraded us to a breathtaking Palm Sea View room—setting the tone for a perfect holiday! We stayed in Room 421, and the housekeeping team deserves huge praise—both the daily cleaning and the evening turndown service were faultless. A special shoutout to Valentine, our cleaner, who was brilliant and kept our room flawless throughout our stay. The property itself is immaculate, featuring a beautiful design and a massive, stunning pool area. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the food and the exceptional staff across the entire resort. The culinary team and chefs were simply amazing and remarkably attentive throughout our entire stay: Noor: Quite simply the absolute best waiter we have ever encountered! Noor genuinely deserves a promotion to manager—he could easily teach others what top-class service truly looks like. His attention to detail was unbelievable; he remembered our exact orders every single day without us even having to ask. Noor made us feel so cared for, bringing a level of warmth and precision that elevated our entire holiday. A true credit to the Taj team! Varq Team & Chef: A beautiful dining experience from start to finish. Everyone from the chef to the waiters was magnificent, thoughtfully tailoring the dishes and spice levels to match our exact needs. They were so accommodating that my son, who is usually an extremely picky eater, is officially a fan of Indian food now! Arnab at Roaring Rabbit: Outstanding service when we dropped in for drinks—especially with the great 50% off drinks deal! He went out of his way to make my son feel so welcome, setting him up with painting activities, foosball, pool, and darts to keep him thoroughly entertained. The Games Room: A fantastic bonus for both kids and adults alike! Packed with fun including PlayStation, air hockey, and chess. George: A brilliant waiter who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and consistently brought fantastic energy to our meals. Sajib (Lifeguard): So attentive every single morning—he always made sure we had our towels and fresh water ready to go. Haider Khan (Pool Security): Very helpful throughout our stay, always ensuring we had fresh towels, water, and everything we needed for a perfect day by the pool. If there’s one minor suggestion for improvement, it would be to introduce some evening entertainment, as there currently isn't any—though we appreciate this may be influenced by the ongoing situation in the region. Aside from that, our stay was absolute perfection. We can’t wait to return!"

"We had an amazing staycation at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa on the Palm Island, Dubai. From the morning we arrived until we departed we were looked after by all the friendly dedicated staff, they cannot do enough for you. Our special thanks to Alka and Nimfia in reception together with their staff in making our stay very memorable. Our Palm facing suite was amazing, very comfortable. Thank you for the birthday cake, bowl of fruit and the red balloons. We would also like to thank Executive Chef Anoop, Chef Arjun Singh along with their team in looking after my wife's every need in her dietary requirements, much appreciated. Our thanks also goes to Suman, George , Mercy and all the staff in both the restaurants and the Club Lounge. The couples Indian Aromatherapy Massage was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you to all the staff in the Spa.
