"Returning after more than 10 years to Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah was truly impressive. I first stayed here in 2014 and surprisingly the product remains absolutely top notch luxury. From the stunning lobby and elegant design to the cleanliness and overall atmosphere the resort still feels grand and timeless. We booked a Two Queen Beds Sky View room through Hilton Honors as Gold members and everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was beautifully maintained spacious spotless and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout the stay. Check in and check out were both handled professionally quickly and efficiently by Yash who was incredibly kind welcoming and helpful. He truly made us feel valued as Hilton Honors Gold members. What stood out the most during the entire stay was the service. Honestly one of the best resort service experiences we have ever had. Every single team member across the property was motivated professional genuinely warm and eager to help. The hospitality felt sincere and from the heart never robotic. We tried both the Chinese restaurant and the all day dining venue during our two night stay. The Chinese restaurant experience was exceptional delicious food outstanding attentiveness and a wonderful atmosphere. The manager personally greeted us took time to explain the menu and continuously ensured everything was perfect. Even the chef came to our table for a lovely chat which added a very personal touch to the evening. We also tried the beach bar and Mohamed the shisha guy was someone special. Amazing service funny stories and he really made our evenings entertaining and enjoyable. The all day dining team delivered the same excellent level of service during both breakfast and dinner. Around the pool Sohan Ragu and Sasi were fantastic despite the heat always attentive friendly and quick with service. Food and drinks arrived on time and were consistently delicious. Being Hilton Honors Gold members we also received a 25% discount on food and beverage which was a very appreciated gesture along with a generous late check out until 4 PM. The only thing I may suggest is that the all day dining restaurant could use some refurbishment and a bit of redesign. Also the buffet dinner food was average and not wow like the rest of the outlets around the resort. Overall this stay exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxury attention to detail genuine hospitality and consistency over the years is truly remarkable. Bravo to the entire team at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah we felt genuinely valued throughout our stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back."
