"We visited Waldorf Astoria to celebrate our son's birthday and the staffs are the real stars of this place. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the beautiful smiles from the valet member, the porters and front desk team (missed to take the names, so sorry). We arrived a bit early but we were accommodated properly and was contacted afterwards to inform that the room was ready. The room was immaculately clean and we were surprised by the arrangements made for our little one's celebration with their personal touch. We truly enjoyed the facilities in the hotel tailored for families especially for kids. The staffs at the pool area were always accommodating and assisted us when needed. The outdoor area is always clean even with construction around. We also visited the Kid's club and since it's our son's birthday, they had prepared a little surprise for him. The place is sufficient for kids to spend time and most especially they were assisted and guided by the staff. Highly commending the great efforts of the culinary team led by Chef Michael for providing the best quality of food when we dined at the Azure for dinner, breakfast at Qasr Al Bahr and ordered food at the pool area. Food were served right away and fresh. The chefs at Azure and Qasr Al Bahr also approached us and made sure that we are enjoying the food. Even at these times, the food quality is not sacrificed and best service is provided to everyone. We will definitely recommend staying at this property and would love to come back again."
