"It could have been a 5 star review. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice. Where they fell short was the valet parking and the staff. We used the valet upon arrival and the next morning requested the car and added the tip. We then went downstairs and waited roughly 20 minutes before asking where the valet was. The front desk was clueless and had no idea. They finally offered us our keys and we had to go get our vehicle which was left unlocked with the open gate across the street. I asked that the tip and half the valet charge be removed and they couldn’t do it. 3 emails later to have a manager adjust it they said they could only give me an 8$ credit (tip amount) for a future stay. So I probably won’t return. Kind of a shame. Nice place but they should do better."

"Very comfortable hotel right in the middle of downtown Huntsville. Great staff, really good restaurant, and a fun rooftop bar. This is an upgrade Hilton property and is well worth it!"

"This hotel is amazing! It has it all. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is perfect for walking and/or jogging. The Baker & Abel bar is located on the top floor and offers great views of the downtown area. The Revivalist restaurant is located adjacent to the lobby with a wide selection of culinary delights. The rooms are impressive with elegant touches. The property is clean, centrally located, and uniquely decorated. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here....I definitely will return."

"Be careful here, not sure they deserve a high ranking. I left clothes for laundry… they were not sent out for cleaning. Now I have dirty shirts for my important meetings! Thank you so much!"

"Don’t stay here!! Our car was damaged!! The hotel uses an outside valet company. The hotel takes zero responsibility for the parking of your vehicle. Our car was dented by the valet company and the hotel couldn’t care less!! Just like the valet company. Plus The hotel was on a scale of 1-10, maybe a 3. Save your money and your car!! The Embassy Suites is so much nicer and better!!"
