"We had a great experience at Senna House. From check in to check out everything worked out fine. The Hotel is fairly new and room was spacious, clean and fully equipped. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. We had breakfast at the onsite restaurant which was stylish decorated and food tasted great. Also service here was spot on. Overall a nice stay and highly recommendable."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. Nearly six months after my stay, I was unexpectedly charged for two nights of valet parking—services I did not use. Even more concerning, the invoice I originally received via email after my stay does not match the one the hotel is now referencing, with discrepancies in dates and details. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. I have called more than eleven times to resolve this issue, and each time I was told a manager would return my call. Not a single call was returned. Instead, I was met with inconsistent and, at times, misleading information from staff. This is not just a billing error—it’s a breakdown in basic customer service and trust. As a frequent business traveler, this experience has significantly impacted my perception of the property and the broader brand. I would strongly caution others to carefully review their final bills and follow up promptly on any discrepancies. Based on this experience, I will not be returning."

"The location was good and the staff were all very nice. However, the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything in the next room. Also, the hotel pool doesn't get a lot of sun which I wouldn't ding anyone for, but they positioned day beds with canopies in the one place that gets consistent sun and are charging $300/each for them. This kind of greed and thoughtlessness really pushes the tone of this review. You are in a climate where peole will want to use the pool so the least you could do is make it usable for your guests in spite of the shade. The only other issue was the main 3 channels being out (NBC, CBS and ABC). If you don't mind noise and want a good location, this hotel wasn't bad. Otherwise, you could probably find a better place for the money."
