"I come to the fairmont very frequently. John is a bellman at the hotel and he is the best of them all. He always has a huge smile on his face, always extremely helpful, always nice and welcoming. He remembers my name and profession every time he sees me. He is truly a kind, well-mannered, respectful, and happy individual. He makes my day every time I see him. The hotel is very lucky to have him."

"Very happy with the service from the manager on duty, Ty, who gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Presidential suite! Amazing. The gym is excellent and huge. Did not feel crowded even though hotel was at 100% occupancy. And the French bistro restaurant was delicious. Our server Stacy, was fantastic. Recommend the steak frites. Pork chop was great too (and don’t miss the fresh French baguette)."

"I had an issue arriving to the hotel. It was not the hotel's fault in any way shape or form. However, I approached managers Liz and Paul independently. Each of them, on their own went absolutely out of their way to handle my issue. I couldn't believe it. I was so thankful and both of them are extremely attentive and made my business trip much smoother than I expected it to be. These two are stellar examples of what management should be."

"I never write reviews, but Rosalinda did such an excellent job that I had to make an exception. Rosalinda was on the morning room service team during my stay. She was the consummate professional - but also brought a cheerfulness and optimism like I have never seen. My brief interactions with Rosalinda got my days off to a terrific start. Another quick shout out goes to Colleen at reception. She was friendly and very efficient, ending my stay on a high note. Rosalinda and Colleen are true credits to the Fairmont brand - and make it very easy to recommend the Century Plaza."

"Amazing professional service, from the moment I got out of the uber the bellman took my bags and escorted me to the front desk and introduced me to Jordy. The outstanding service continued with Jordy offering water and checked me in within minutes. The experience continued with a verbal tour of the property leaving me knowing eaxactly where to go while offering me assistance up to my room. The check in experience was personalized, efficient and warm. I highly suggest this beautiful hotel with its amazing people!"
