The concierge reached out to confirm our check-in time and sent over a curated list of local restaurants and nearby Malibu activities. This proactive approach took all the stress out of planning and made our trip effortless. Outstanding Staff & Personalized Check-in From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel completely at home. A huge thank you to Marisol, who cheerfully checked us in and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel even arranged a couple of thoughtful anniversary surprises in our room that Annie absolutely loved (and definitely made me look like a hero!). From that point on, the entire trip was pure bliss. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a wonderful stay. Unbeatable Location & Breathtaking Views You cannot beat the location of this property. The Malibu Beach Inn is perfectly situated right on the water and is incredibly close to top-tier restaurants and great shopping. The oceanfront view from our room was simply unbelievablem. Waking up to the sound of the waves right outside your balcony is an unforgettable experience. "Hotel has a fun retro vibe that feels like an updated roadside motel updated to feel more like a vintage hotel seaside escape. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked. The staff is very friendly - they are incredibly busy and the hotel is small so service can be slow. The restaurant is excellent and priority is offered to hotel guests- waitstaff is 10/10"
