"Gorgeous hotel with such a unique SolCal vibe. Perfectly located in one of the best spots in Santa Monica, with views & easy access to the best areas. I’d highly recommend this hotel for its style, relaxed and sleek appeal. Beautifully comfortable and spacious rooms that match or even exceed the pictures online! The helpful staff gave me a fabulous recommendation as I wanted to see the sites with no hassle…they recommended Chuck as a driver. What a golden recommendation, I have visited LA many times and Chuck showed me great hidden areas that only a local would know. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have him show me around LA. If you need a driver/ tour guide Chuck is the best in town!"

"Great hotel, very helpful staff. Their best recommendation was an amazing driver/tour operator Chuck, a Santa Monica local who arranged an amazing tour for us. I’d investigated the options to hire an Escalade myself, taking into account all the insurance waivers, fuel etc it actually worked out not much more money to have Chuck drive us for a whole day in an amazingly comfortable SUV. He was an absolute treasure, professional, helpful and a genuinely nice guy. He also does airport pick ups that drop you to the actual terminal not the transit area. 5* service all round."
