"Situated in the downtown area of Palm Springs, sits a wonderful hotel with expansive rooms and activities. The place is filled with a wonderful assortment of art, curated from a multitude of sources. Upon checking in, with the wonderful staff by the way, one is directed to the rooms where you may pass a lounge, pool, and wonderful walk to the rooms where where you’ll find a clean, spacious, and beautifully curated area with comfortable, cloud like beds, a huge bathroom with great lighting. Very friendly staff are constantly available to help with any questions, with beautiful service. Whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway, or an extended vacation, this place will definitely curb your appetite for a well thought out and luxe experience. 10/10 thanks!"

"Room was wonderful, large, plenty of light and air conditioning was good. Shower and bathroom were nice, nothing special but very much acceptable. Housekeeping was also good. Problem was with an inferior breakfast came with room temperature sunny side up eggs, potatoes were nothing to brag about, chicken sausage good but at $28 waay over priced. Then the bill came and the total was incorrect. Talked to the manager and had it corrected. Seemed the machine could not add $28 breakfast and $5 coffee."

"This hotel was top notch in every way. The location was great right in the heart of Palm Springs. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance. The room was comfortable and spacious with a view of the pool and the mountains. We don't normally eat at a hotel restaurant but this one had an exceptional menu, was well appointed and had a friendly staff."

"Resort was clean and modern. However, our room was not ready until after 4 PM. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pool experience. The resort was selling day passes, which resulted in many lounge chairs being marked “reserved” but sitting empty for long periods of time, making it difficult for paying hotel guests to find seating. I understand it was Fourth of July weekend and expected the resort to be busy. However, that doesn’t excuse prioritizing day-pass guests over people who paid to stay at the hotel. At one point, we wanted to step away briefly to use our breakfast credit, and the pool manager told us that if we were gone for more than 15 minutes, our chairs would be given away. Meanwhile, numerous “reserved” chairs remained empty for extended periods, and many of those guests never even showed up. It was frustrating to see hotel guests held to a stricter standard than empty chairs reserved for day-pass visitors. Overall, it felt like the hotel was more focused on generating additional revenue through resort passes than delivering a quality experience for overnight guests. As someone who stays at Hyatt properties regularly, this is the first Hyatt hotel I have no intention of returning to. It was disappointing because I expect better from the Hyatt brand. The one bright spot was the staff at the bars. Josh and Able were outstanding throughout our stay. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They were the highlight of our visit and the reason the experience was at least somewhat enjoyable."
