"I had the privilege of running a medical meeting at the Estancia for the first time in early May. Staying at a hotel like this, you have certain expectations about the quality of the service as well as the upkeep of the rooms and property. However, what you can never be sure of when running events and working with so many of the different hotel teams, is what type of attention you'll receive and how efficiently your needs and event details will be executed - especially given the fact that we are a small meeting when compared to the scope of the events that the Estancia handles on a weekly basis. Each person and department I dealt with was professional, communicative and went out of their way to ensure not only that I had all I needed, but that the conference itself was positioned for success. To find that level of synergy between each touchpoint was refreshing and, most importantly, ensured that our attendees had a flawless experience - one worth coming back again for. "1. Beautiful grounds 2. Great location 3. Great products; lovely lemongrass scent 4. Food was delicious 5. The hotel is very technology-forward - you either have to place your room service order via app or by calling the front desk. (No one in Room Service actually answers the phone.) When you call the front desk, humans don't answer, AI bots do. So - good luck with getting help! The Room Service menu is extremely limited so again - good luck. 6. My shower drain was blocked and the shower overflowed into the bathroom. Guests shouldn't have to grapple with this sort of thing - housekeeping should have alerted maintenance far before I grappled with this. Rather than offer to move me to a new room (the resort was half empty when I was there) - they offered to comp me $100.00. That was unfortunately a Hilton-level move, not a "luxury" resort-level move. 7. Generally, the hotel is pretty clean but someone needs to take a Magic Eraser to hallways and doors, etc. 8. Not sure which private equity firm owns Noble House but these folks are managing their dollars very tightly, to the detriment of guest experience. Sad!"

"I’ve had a lot of massages, but nothing compares to what Ronnie delivered at the Estancia Spa. He did a pressure point massage fully focused on working out knots, and by the end I felt like a completely different person. He was intuitive, thorough, and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. The spa itself is beautiful and incredibly relaxing. It was the kind of space that puts you at ease the moment you walk in. The whole experience felt like a true luxury treat. If you go, ask for Ronnie. You won’t regret it."

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The property itself was lovely - from the spacious lobby with a fireplace and several areas to sit with family or solo to the outdoor spaces to the room. Service was great. I reached out to the concierge, Jack, prior to arrival to help with restaurants and activities and he was extremely helpful. Although restaurant had mixed reviews, we enjoyed our dinner on site. The cafe/store had great breakfast items and snack. The room was good sized, comfortable, and clean. This hotel is an ideal location as you can walk to campus and to the hang-gliding park/beack."

"We had our wedding at Estancia and it was truly a dream come true. Molly, Debbie, and the rest of the team were incredible and went above and beyond to cater to us and make sure our big day was everything we wanted. We worked with Debbie Au Burlock to secure the venue date and pricing and she was very professional and considerate of our budget and wedding desires. There were some struggles with the room block pricing and overall room block management but Debbie eventually remedied the situation. Molly Lawler was so easy and pleasant to work with in regards to all the wedding planning details and coordination. The team even offered to take care of our seating chart sign which was a MASSIVE help and relief to us on the day after our wedding day. All of our guests and family could not stop raving about their experience at Estancia and we completely agree. We are so grateful to everyone at Estancia - the front desk staff, cleaning / valet staff, event planning / coordination staff, kitchen/bar staff, and so many others that I'm sure I am forgetting. I HIGHLY recommend the Estancia to anyone planning a special event, relaxing weekend, or long vacation, you truly will not be disappointed. Thank you all and we can't wait to come back!"
