As soon as we walked in the hotel on the first day (our room wasn't ready), she got us some waters and told us all about the hotel, surrounding area, etc. She also gave us a map and suggested some things we may want to do. The following two days, she kept up with us and managed our dinner reservations with quickness and ease. She really made a difference in our stay."
