"No warnings on sewage from Tijuana in ocean in front of shore house !!!!! I'm here now and have been for my bday for almost a week and the hotel put out health at risk by not putting up flags or signs or letting guests know my Pomeranian has been throwing up since and I wouldn't have known myselt if we didn't venture down the beach more and then also pick up a local news paper!!! This is supposed to be the fanciest spot and I'm so disappointed but this is more than that be now I have to worry for my health and my Pomeranian puppy and my boyfriend ..... not to mention I've been up walking my dog while the workers are preparing breakfast set up for the shore house and this girl Is brushing her hair and so much hair is in the brush and she set it down next to to food and plates they are setting up!!!!! I saw another file at night time Closing and at The bar area with a hair brush too! It's all so disappointing and misleading! But the ocean sewage situation they didn't tell us is messed… and not to mention I researched and the hotel has been getting guests complaints about not getting a heads up for months now!!!! They say generic apologies and do nothing ! Even thought it’s a city issue they think it is the hotels job to be transparent with their guests! Their reputation is getting ruined fast because of how they are handling this and I expect a full refund and disclosure moving forward for all guests these pics I found myself is bc I convinced my boyfriend to walk down the beach and try a new spot when we saw these flags after days at the beach with no flags signs warnings !"

"Located steps from the ocean with beautifully modern rooms and none of the hassle of a beach day (the staff sets up chairs and umbrella’s for you) this is our families favorite place to stay in Cali it’s the most dog friendly hotel & we love to take a walk to Coronado’s dog beach with or without our dogs it’s a must see, the pool is also fantastic and located next to the beach giving stunning views! The staff is friendly and the manager Dan is absolutely fantastic & he always makes sure to go out of his way to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend!"
