"Good location, great staff, didn’t try to restaurant, but the room was dirty and the furniture in the executive city view king room didn’t match the pics and descriptions, it was the same as the lower level king room which is misleading as I reserved the room based on those characteristics just to find out I overpaid and did not have the comfort and convenience that was advertised"

"The zelos was a last minute booking for us. Having zero insight we booked lt. Check in was breeze, baggage help, easy and the room was perfect. Jessica at the front desk made it so easy and pleasant I have no problem giving this recommendation, bonus the room was quiet and the beds were great. Pillows were not so great, could use a variety for different types of sleepers."

"Jessica at the front desk of Hotel Zelos San Francisco made our stay absolutely seamless from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome and got us checked in quickly and efficiently, which was especially appreciated after a long day of travel. She took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the hotel—amenities, nearby spots, and helpful tips to make the most of our stay. What stood out most was how approachable and attentive she was. She made it clear we could reach out to the front desk anytime, and you could tell she truly meant it. Throughout our stay, she embodied everything great hospitality should be;professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. As for the hotel itself, we had such an amazing stay. The room was beautiful stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the artwork displayed throughout the different floors, which gave the hotel a really unique and elevated feel. Although we didn’t get the chance to dine at Dirty Habit, we absolutely loved the vibe of the space and can’t wait to come back and experience both the bar and restaurant next time. The location is by far one of the best we’ve stayed at in the city perfectly situated to explore, walk, and enjoy everything San Francisco has to offer.
