White stucco, terracotta barrel-tile rooflines, dark-painted iron balustrades, and a rooftop pergola of exposed timber rafters visible in the images all honor that civic compact — not as pastiche but as genuine urban continuity. The 97-room property was renovated in the early 2020s with interiors that draw on the work of Studio Collective, who calibrated the spaces to feel simultaneously rooted in California tradition and loose enough for a contemporary sensibility.
