"I wanted to express what an amazing and incredible front desk staff experience I had during check in. Carolina was the most pleasant and professional staff member I have ever interacted with at a hotel. She went out of her way to help myself and 3 business associates with a last minute stay during our check in. We all travel over 120 nights a year on average and it was just so refreshing to see this level of service. II hope management recognize what a wonderful job Carolina does!!!"

"We had the most amazing stay at the Mollie for our “mini moon.” We were graciously upgraded to one of their nicest rooms in the hotel with a massive private terrace on the rooftop. The staff is unbelievably kind and courteous — some of the best customer service we’ve experienced. Huge shout out to Ben and Juan in particular for going above & beyond for us. The hotel is modern, clean, spacious and in an excellent location. This is the only hotel we’ll stay at from now on when we’re in Aspen!"

"I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The service was top notch, the rooms were very clean, and the staff took the time to ensure our honeymoon stay was nothing less than spectacular! The rooftop view is incredible and location is within a short walk to all that Aspen has to offer. Special shoutout to Juan and Ben for going above and beyond! We’ll definitely be back!"

"Book the least expensive room on their website; chances are you’ll end up there anyway. We paid extra for a “mountain or neighborhood view”, but they put us in a first floor room overlooking Main St. and insisted it was the same room we booked. *There’s no pool*. The picture of the in-ground hot tub on webpage is misleading. The desk staff act friendly during your stay but noticeably rush the checkout process to get the next paying guest in."
