We loved the design and decor of the rooms and the hotel. We could walk to all the main sites and the train station. Was great value for money."

"Arlo Washington over-exceeded any expectations that I could’ve had prior to check-in! Jeremy, the guest experience manager had amazing communication with me prior to check-in, accommodating me with every request and anticipating my needs along the way! Not only is the hotel itself beautifully designed and modern with a fully renovated gym and restaurant with a clear view of the capitol, I also happened to be greeted by the most amazing team at the front desk which consisted of AZ and Davion! They helped assist me with my early check-in seeing as though I arrived just after 12PM and they made sure I felt comfortable with not only the property but them as well. It’s one thing to have faith in the place that you are staying but it is an even bigger feat to believe in and actively want to engage with the people overseeing your stay. I had a full circle moment with AZ and Davion who also helped me check out and offered me many additional services while anticipating any and every need I could’ve had. I’m truly amazed and grateful to have been assisted by these two gracious individuals. After a long night out in the town, Faron helped my friend and I out at the bodega and let us chat his ear off at 6 in the morning which was truly appreciated! He never made us feel like a bother and he was super sweet! Miguel helped assist with holding our luggage at check-out making the process even smoother! A special thanks to him as well. I want to personally thank the D.C. team for providing me with such a pleasurable stay and I can’t wait to come back in the summertime and explore more of the property and neighborhood! 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend that anyone that’s visiting D.C. has a stay at the Arlo there!"

"I came to this hotel for John cenas retirement match from Long Island New York and this hotel was right near the stadium and the man who took care of me was Faron and his service was 1000% amazing he showed me the hotel and his attitude with me was just amazing and I 1000% look forward to comming there again for more upcoming events they have in that area and Faron was just amazing and helpful was a big help so I 1000% suggest Faron if you need any questions!!! 10/10 first time experience"
