"Location was perfect! Easy walk to Nationals Park. We reserved a basic king room and it was huge! The bed and pillows were like clouds. Worth every penny!. In town to see a concert and staff not only told us to enjoy our show, they were excited to hear how it was when we returned at midnight. Staff was very observant, kind and helpful. I’d stay here again. Also, rooftop bar was excellent. Pricey but worth every penny with the amazing view, cocktails and very entertaining bar staff."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Pendry Washington DC – The Wharf. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and ideally located. The walking trail is literally just outside the door, and you have easy access to all of the restaurants, shops, and activity along the Wharf. It’s also a great home base for exploring the rest of Washington, DC. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. My room was well appointed with modern amenities, a very comfortable bed, and, ultimately, an incredible view through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water and Washington, DC. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service I received from one member of the front desk team. At check-in, the gentleman assisting me was pleasant and helpful and checked for an upgrade, but unfortunately none was available. When I arrived at my room, it was lovely but did not have much of a view. Because this was a special stay, I decided to call the front desk once more to see if there were any other options. The woman who answered truly went above and beyond. After I explained the occasion, she found an upgraded room with a spectacular view and even personally escorted me to the new room. Her warmth and attention completely changed the experience and set the tone for the rest of my stay. It was an incredibly thoughtful level of service, and I remain very grateful to her for making the occasion feel special. I also spent some time at Moonraker, which has beautiful sweeping views and a wonderful atmosphere. My experiences there were somewhat mixed. At breakfast on my first morning, my server was friendly and clearly doing her best, although she seemed stretched thin. Unfortunately, the service at breakfast on another morning was subpar and left quite a bit to be desired. Dinner, however, was a completely different experience. My server was attentive and joyful, the atmosphere was lively, and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The property, location, rooms, and views are all excellent. While the level of service was not entirely consistent, the exceptional employees I encountered made a lasting impression. I would happily stay at the Pendry again."

"We had a very relaxing and much-needed stay at the Pendry DC Wharf. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. Our room with a river view and floor-to-ceiling windows was beautiful both during the day and at night. Being able to watch the planes land and take off, see the boats and yachts on the river, and enjoy the lights from the airport at night made the view especially memorable. It was truly therapeutic and relaxing. The front desk staff was exceptional. A special thanks to Nick Needham, who checked us in prior to my arrival and was attentive to my special requests and accommodations, which were provided as requested. He was professional, courteous, and kind, and made us feel like valued and welcomed guests. Nick is truly an asset to the Pendry. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Pendry DC Wharf. The beautiful room, relaxing river views, delicious food, and exceptional service made our visit truly special. We look forward to returning."
