The little stuffed animal that my granddaughter was presented with at check in set the stage for what would be a very special day and night for us. The Moonraker had some of the best drinks I have ever had and the food was delicious. For the amazing service, I feel like this is a great value hotel."

"We had a delightful stay in DC at the Pendry when outside temperatures were below freezing. The service was exceptional, the room clean and comfortable and the food was good. Our room had a romantic view of the wharf and the water. It was worth it to upgrade for this view. The room was not large but it was very comfortable, with a bench and coat hooks by the door, a table and chairs to sit at and enjoy the view, a good sized closet, great blackout velvet drapes, and a removed bathroom that allowed for privacy. The bathroom water closet is tight because the door is so large. It can be a bit challenging to close that door. And there is only one sink, so two people have to coordinate their bathroom time. Since the weather was brutally cold, we particularly appreciated both the gym and the spa. The hot tea, steam room and Therabody massagers provided a welcome refuge."
