"Absolutely phenomenal experience. My company offers an annual meeting to C-suite members and partners with several events over the course of two days. Not only was the event staff extremely communicative with me, but all of my requests (even last minute adjustments) were met with very quick, perfect solutions to meet our needs. Location was perfect for my guests to enjoy highlights of D.C. around the event. Food was INCREDIBLE and catering staff was so kind to my guests and me, always ensuring that we had top comfort during each event. I also stayed in the hotel for three nights and the room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Everything that I could have asked for to recharge. Loved the big bathroom and tub!!"

"I cannot be more impressed with a hotel than Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette Square! There are many reasons why my organization and I keep coming back to this hotel, but the main three would be: 1. Elegant, luxury hotel at a decent price: The hotel is pretty elegant and you can pretty much tell how luxurious it is from when you step in and smell the fragrance in the air and see the clean rooms. Compared to other luxurious hotels in the area, Sofitel is relatively more affordable with yet the same quality of perks. 2. Convenient and Central Location: The hotel sits right near Lafayette Square and is about a block from the White House, making it one of the most central luxury hotels in the city. The metro station and many major sights are within walking distance. Whether you're sightseeing, attending meetings downtown, or just exploring the city and food scene, you can walk almost everywhere. 3. Exceptional Service: Sherry, our event manager and Assistant Director of Events, always makes event coordination so easy with her prompt responses, quick action, and expert management of details. On the event day, she hands us off to the banquets team which is a superb team that executes each event flawlessly down to the every detail. Whether it's Chris, Sandra, Marina, and/or Marcel who's in charge for the day, I know we're in good hands because they're a pretty top-notch and highly reliable crew. The front desk team is also very friendly and helpful, so you can bet you're in for a warm welcome and comfortable stay."
