The exterior massing draws loosely from mid-century Florida modernism, the horizontal floor plates and ribbon windows softened by the timber-textured cladding at street level, where the ground-floor entrance announces itself with a slatted facade that filters the harsh Florida light. Inside, the interiors work a coastal-casual register that avoids the driftwood clichés endemic to Gulf Coast hospitality. Guest rooms are anchored by light ash bed frames with arched slatted headboards, woven rattan pendant lights, and walls painted in washed aqua — a ceiling color that borrows directly from the water visible through the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors.
