"This was our 3rd stay and it was not up to par with prior visits. Two items in our profile/advance request were not performed when we checked in. Also, my wife's spa treatment which was booked months in advance was cancelled a week before our arrival. The pools are open from dusk to dawn but the pool cleaner does not arrive early. One morning several adults and children were standing around waiting for the cleaner to finish. Our prior visits were flawless but due to this experience, we won't be returning any time soon."

"I'll start with what made this place great the location check in Easy convenient the room view was fantastic and comfortable. Daily room cleaning was very nice and appreciated. The pool was excellent for early morning lap swim. The spa was outstanding had a wonderful massage steam room was outstanding as well. Was there for a conference the meals at the conference were very good had a team dinner at Evelyn's one evening what a treat. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Issues that disappointed include the lobby bar less than stellar service no water offered no snacks offered however Others near me were given those options and my glass of wine was the bottom of a bottle emptied out. At checkout there was an item on my bill that I did not make was assured it would be taken off it was not, had to make a few calls and emails to finally convince them I didn't make the charges it eventually was removed."
