"Honestly didn’t know what to expect pulling up but this place blew us away. We stayed in a king suite and it was genuinely spacious — not “resort spacious” where they just mean you can fit your luggage, but actually big and comfortable for the whole family. Plenty of room to breathe, beds were great, and waking up to that balcony water view every morning was something else. The pools — six of them. SIX. My toddler was in heaven. We bounced around all day and never once felt crowded or had to hunt for chairs. All heated saltwater too so no brutal cold shock jumping in, which honestly my toddler cared about more than me. Kayaks, paddleboards, bikes all there to use which was a nice bonus. The shuttle into Key West runs all day and late into the night so we just hopped on whenever and came back when we felt like it. Super convenient. John on the customer service team was fantastic. He helped us out and then actually circled back to make sure everything was taken care of. You don’t see that kind of follow through very often and it really stuck with us. Made the whole trip feel that much better. Will definitely be back."
