"Decided we’d try someplace new after staying at the Perry many times and after touring the property on our last trip things looked good. Had flowers delivered to the resort with instructions to have them in the room for our 25th wedding anniversary, after a couple flight delays we arrived 6 hours late and after checking in we were handed 2 large bouquets in their vase…. Must have been too much to ask to have them placed in our room? After we got settled it was 7pm and decided we’d have dinner at the resort, over done steak and over cooked lobster, with a chicken dish my wife did not enjoy. That’s strike 2…. A few days into our stay we came back after a night on Duval and found no where to park, there was a dumpster and construction equipment taking up 6 spaces directly in front of our room. We decided the check in area was not being utilized since it was so late and chose to park there until morning. The next evening after we had moved the car earlier in the am we received a text to move the car, which had been moved hours earlier…. Last words, Management is poorly trained and no clue what hospitality is. If I want Average I’ll come back, but it’s unlikely."

"Marina life was fun to watch. Clean pools, grounds, stairways, and common spaces. Tasteful music in the background, Cute white picket fences and boardwalks. Felt safe with 2 doors to rooms; as long as you have a kind neighbor. Well built so noise was not an issue when sliding door to balcony was closed but we kept it open to hear the ocean breeze in the palm fronds. Friendly driver for shuttle to Key West… always prompt to early! Pick up a key lime pie at the Key Lime Pie Factory on your way down to enjoy after the drive."

"The management and customer service of this hotel is completely unacceptable. They’ve been rude, unhelpful, and act like they’re doing guest a favor by being in their presence."

"Beautiful views! Jeffrey our shuttle driver was amazing. Very few options for food without door dashing. Need more options, even a Starbucks would have been nice! Our electricity went out 5 times, so couldn't make coffee or keep leftovers cold. A fortune was spent at the hotel restaurant with minimal options."
