"What an incredible experience at Delano Miami Beach! My friends and I had the pleasure of meeting Fabio, the Membership Manager, who took us on a private tour of the stunning property. His passion for Delano, warm personality, and attention to every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. He didn’t just show us the hotel but he made us feel like we already belonged. After the tour, Fabio invited us to a fabulous lunch at Mimi Kakushi, and it exceeded every expectation. Milton was fantastic, sharing the fascinating story behind Nara Nara, the coldest gin in the world. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more memorable. Sara provided exceptional service throughout our lunch. She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect.
