"Our experience at Faena Miami Beach was exceptional from beginning to end, but Pao was without a doubt one of the highlights of our entire stay. The food was incredible. Every dish came out beautifully presented, creative, and perfectly executed. You can tell there is a tremendous amount of thought behind both the menu and the presentation. From the caviar to the seafood, steak, and everything in between, the kitchen absolutely killed it. The chef and culinary team deserve a lot of credit — this was not just a great dinner, it was an experience. What really put Pao over the top for us, though, was the service. Chris, who was overseeing everything, took incredible care of us. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and made sure every detail of the evening was handled. The entire staff worked together seamlessly and were attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and personable without ever being overbearing. That level of service is becoming harder and harder to find. And that experience carried through the entire Faena property. Everyone we encountered was top-notch. There is clearly a standard here, and the staff consistently lives up to it. A special mention also has to go to Jorge at the beach/pool. Find him if you're spending time outside! He is awesome — incredibly professional, friendly, attentive, and one of those people who genuinely makes your day better. Whether we were at the pool or beach, he made sure we were taken care of and never made anything feel like a hassle. The property itself is beautiful, but what impressed us most was that the service matched the surroundings. A luxury hotel can have beautiful rooms, restaurants, pools, and amenities, but ultimately the people are what determine whether you want to come back. The people at Faena are the reason we will. Pao is an absolute must if you're staying at Faena or even just visiting Miami Beach for dinner. Come hungry, enjoy the experience, and allow the staff to take care of you. Five stars all around for Pao, Chris, Jorge, the chef and kitchen team, and the entire Faena staff. We cannot wait to return."
