He was able to work through areas of tension and tightness with the perfect balance of pressure, technique, and professionalism. "We spent the weekend at The Setai Miami Beach with our two little girls and our little dog, and this hotel truly left us speechless. The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional from the moment we arrived. At check in, we were welcomed with delicious iced tea, and shortly after getting to our suite, the staff surprised our girls with two pink caps that they absolutely loved. Everything was spotless, the suite was incredibly spacious, and we were welcomed with champagne, chocolates, and fresh fruit. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and every server we encountered was kind, attentive, and so polite. One of the things that impressed me the most was how thoughtful they were with our dog. Without us even requesting it, they brought treats, a dog bed, and bowls for food and water to our room. The beach service was also amazing fast, attentive, and very relaxing. And the pools were one of our favorite parts. I loved that they have three different pools with different temperatures, making the entire experience feel peaceful and luxurious. This will definitely be our place to stay every time we visit Miami Beach."
