"This was a break / business trip to remember what an absolute fantastic location and does not disappoint, the views are so amazing and all the staff are so friendly. Having stayed here for two days we were greeted at the entrance by Tony and the valet team who’s customer service was on point making sure our bags were safe prior to check in and a short guide of where the facility’s were thank you Tony. A short walk to the beach, water and sun cream provided yes free, two hours in the glorious sun was needed after a 4hr drive, Jamal set up our camp making sure we were comfortable at all times. Then on to the room what can I say, wow wow wow it was mind blowing the facilities, lay out and the overall view from the balcony looking out to the ocean was something spectacular, we were in heaven. The room was spotless which provides all the and the cleanliness of the overall room was beyond 5 star. The food is next to none and a cheeky Modelo served by Thomas set the scene. An early start and the healthy option breakfast is to die for while relaxing by the infinity pool Chilling by the pool Ana and the team were so engaging provided the x factor, their overall vibe and making this entire break so relaxing after staring at the computer screen for hours was what was needed, thank you Ana. I must say this has to be one of my best short stays and ticks every box. Thank you W South Beach and the entire team for a life time experience and so many memories."
