"We were very excited to experience this new property, So many great places in Naples sadly this is not one of them ! Experience started with the valet informing us that there would be a 15,00 fee to valet our vehicle. We then proceeded to the outside bar to have a drink before our reservation at HB s. Always disappointed to have a weak drink when bartender uses a shot measure that is barely filled. Happy to pay for it but just make a good drink. Restaurant is a beautiful setting service was excellent,menu and food were mediocre at best. Property is spectacular, however much better experiences at the many exceptional Naples restaurants"

"Beautiful new property in a great location. All rooms are steps from the beach with excellent access to chairs and facilities for hotel guests. Top-notch service with attention to every detail imaginable. New food venues are lovely with interesting takes on fresh local ingredients as well as many American classics.
