"My stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples began with an exceptional first impression. When I checked in, the young woman at the front desk was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We struck up a conversation, and she thanked me for my patience while waiting in line. Since I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, I asked if there happened to be any upgrades available. She smiled and said she had found one for me. I thanked her, headed upstairs, and opened the doors to what I can only describe as the most incredible hotel suite I have ever seen. I knew something was different the moment I saw the double entry doors. Inside was an immaculate, magnificent suite featuring a spacious living room, a luxurious master bedroom, a second bedroom, spacious living room and **three bathrooms**, with breathtaking views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and the pool from multiple balconies. The master bathroom alone was larger than many standard hotel rooms and even featured its own Toto toilet. Every detail reflected luxury, from the remote-controlled drapes and sheers to every toiletry imaginable, and even a thoughtfully stocked minibar featuring Macallan 12. I was so stunned that I immediately Face Timed my wife to show her the suite. Her reaction? *"You have to come get me."* I had driven two hours from home to attend a conference and had expected nothing more than a beautiful room with a king-size bed. Instead, I found myself in what felt like a private luxury residence. So, I got back in my car, drove the two hours home, picked up my wife and daughter, and then drove the two hours back to Naples—all so they could experience this extraordinary suite with me. It was absolutely worth every mile. I've been staying in hotels for more than 50 years, and without question, this is the finest hotel room I have ever experienced. What makes the experience even more remarkable is that it all came from a complimentary upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. That one thoughtful gesture transformed a business trip into an unforgettable family memory. The Ritz-Carlton, Naples delivered an experience I'll never forget. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk for her kindness and generosity and thank you to everyone at the Ritz-Carlton for making this one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life."

"This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very corteous, and very helpful. Rooms are very clean. My shower tub was clogged, I reported it and it was quicky and effectively fixed. The negatives were that I was awaken both mornings at 7:30 am by some noise (sounded like fixing something, hammering and moving furniture) above my room. Also, the towel/umbrella service at the beach could be much better (interest, proactiveness, and timeliness). We had to ask 3 times for an umbrella (3 different people) and other guests were complaing too. A maybe minor although worth mentioning detail is that my wife asked for a stronger bloody mary (more alcohol, of course) at the Sofra pool side restaurant and she was served a double shot, not nicely prepared, drink and we were charged $40 dollars. We know the hotel is pricey, which is fine, but a poorly presented $40 dollars semi bloody mary is outrageous, especially without telling us."

"I proposed to my now-fiancée on the beach in front of the hotel, and Alex was so helpful! He took a video and multiple pictures, and even printed out and framed two of the photos he took for us — all for free! We weren’t even staying at the hotel at the time. They truly care about helping people and ensuring they have a good experience here. I am a local, but I will absolutely be staying at this Ritz in the future and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to my family when they visit."

"We came for a 2-night stay in early July after hearing amazing things about this resort after their significant renovations after hurricane Ian, and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. Valet was super-friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, Angie at the front desk greeted us with a smile and even had our room ready early for us, the bartenders were all excellent our entire stay, specifically Manny, Zoe, and Hannah. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean with a gorgeous view, the property and pools are amazing, and the sunsets here are absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to return!
